Secret Supper on House Island

On September 7th, 2019, we shucked oysters in the belly of Fort Scammel on House Island, cooked over an open fire, and served dinner on a hilltop overlooking Casco Bay to fifty guests who only discovered the event’s location upon their arrival. Our partners for the evening were Patron and Secret Supper. The menu featured farmed and foraged ingredients, celebrating Maine’s late summer bounty.
